Bringing with her a wealth of on-ground 25 years experience, Ms Nautiyal has worked variously as gender consultant, consultant and trainer and research coordinator on several projects with UNICEF, National Commission for Women and other Government of India departments and WHO on development and social issues such as gender training, water resource management, sustainable and renewable energy, among several others. From conducting workshops in schools on gender sensitization to organising capacity building trainings on the subject for senior official, middle and frontline workers, creating awareness programmes at the village and district levels, and providing consultancy and training in green technology, she combines hands-on experience with keen research skills in her chosen field.
