
Sudarshan Rodriguez is a professional with a multi-disciplinary background in environment sciences, environmental economics, policy and environmental law. His 17 years of professional experience comprises work with UNDP-India, New Delhi and a range of civil society groups on inter-disciplinary aspects of natural resource management, advocacy related activities and networking with various stakeholders on coastal-marine conservation and related issues. He has also worked in the area of disaster response and management and on a publication, the India Disaster Report-2 (2013, OUP India). Since 2010, he has been Senior Programme Coordinator at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in the director's office handling innovative and trans disciplinary projects-TISS-LAHDC Ladakh Project, the Socio-Ecological Stewardship Programme and the TISS Fellowship Programme. He is also involved in conducting workshops on leadership for design and systems change as well as mentoring young development professionals of the TISS fellowship programme.
